Sunset cocktails at Fleet Steps looking over the the Botanic Gardens and the Opera House followed by dinner in a marquee.
It was October but this incentive group had just come from England so the travel consultant required air conditoning and heaters- just in case.
As it happened we had the air-con on as it had been a warm day and yet some guests complained of the cold, so we put the gas heaters on in their end of the tent.
